The Ma Noula Experience

“Ma Noula was born out of a desire to do things differently, to offer women care that’s clinically sound, emotionally grounded, and completely personal. You don’t have to choose between medical safety and feeling nurtured. With us, you get both.”

With over 12 years of frontline experience in the NHS, Sadé brings a uniquely powerful blend of clinical expertise and compassionate, woman-centred care to every client she supports.

Dual-qualified as both an Emergency Department nurse and a registered midwife specialising in high and low-risk labour ward and birth centre care, Sadé has spent her career supporting women through some of the most challenging, complex, and life-changing moments of their lives. Her academic background in BSc in Biomedical Sciences further deepens her evidence-based, analytical approach to maternity care, ensuring her clients receive support that is as informed as it is nurturing.

Frustrated by the limitations of a stretched system and passionate about putting women back at the centre of their own care, she founded Ma Noula, a private midwifery and doula service designed to offer true continuity, clinical safety, and emotional support throughout pregnancy, birth, and beyond.

At Ma Noula, Sadé combines her medical training with doula-style presence, creating a unique space where women feel safe, heard, respected, and in control. Whether you are birthing at home, in hospital, planning a cesarean, or navigating complex medical circumstances, our priority is to provide guidance, support and reassurance throughout your birth journey.
